Key takeaways Several international and bilingual schools are within a ten-minute drive of our Buda locations, with Brit Magyar Iskola just a ten-minute walk from Csévi. Schools further out, such as AISB and Lycée Français, are still on the same Buda route, making it easier to combine the school run with the workday. Saving just 20 minutes on each school day adds up to around 60 hours over a 180-day school year. For several Flexi members, having their child’s school or nurser

Key takeaways The gradual rebuild of Flexi's member app (Nexudus Passport) starts on 14 August, the update is automatic. Your bookings and membership stay exactly as they are – per Nexudus's announcement, you lose nothing. The new app brings faster bookings, biometric sign-in, on-screen QR check-in and push notifications, with a consistent experience across web and mobile. What we see across our own operation: members don't interact with Flexi most at signup, but every time t

Key takeaways 69% of parents are stressed about arranging childcare for the summer break (IWG, 2026). £686 (~$908) is the average extra summer childcare bill for parents in the study. 18% of parents burn their entire annual leave on summer cover. 83% would use a local, employer-provided flexible workspace if they had one. In our own operation, requests for shared summer use led us to build the shared coworking pass: two parents split one desk and alternate days. Ten weeks. Th

Key takeaways According to IWG's July 2026 survey, 60% of CEOs can't predict how much office space they'll need two years from now – because of AI. 88% say this is why they need flexibility in their workspace and real estate strategy. Yet the office isn't disappearing: 76% say its role will grow more important. They're not fleeing the office – they're fleeing long leases. As a freelancer or small team, you face the same dilemma – except for you it isn't strategy, it's a month

The summer months in Budapest are when everyone tries to get out of the city, to the lake, to the mountains, somewhere with shade and water. It's the season of family holidays and out-of-office replies. But it's also the season when work slows down enough that you finally have time for the things that get pushed aside the rest of the year: a proper team day, a brainstorming session, an offsite that isn't squeezed between two deadlines. If you're planning something like that f

There comes a point when your team is too big to all sit together in an open coworking space, but you still don't want to commit to years of an expensive, empty office you have to fit out yourself. At moments like this, what you really need is something easy and flexible. Exactly that kind of space is opening up at one of our locations from May: a 65 m² private office in District II with its own terrace, set up specifically for growing teams of 6-10 people, or even 10+ if you

Recently, a couple came by for an office tour. They have a young child and both work from home. They told us the boundaries between work and personal life had completely blurred, and they couldn't keep going like that. One of them had been relocated to the sofa, the other was trying to work from the kitchen table. They had to be productive in the same place where the toys live, and they weren't getting much work done but they were super exhausted by the end of the day. They w

Hybrid working is no longer the exception; it has become the standard way of operating. Many companies need a dedicated private office that serves as a stable base for daily operations, while part of the team works in a hybrid model, partly from home. In this scenario, a common question emerges: how can you maintain a fixed office without paying for unused workstations? Our bundle offer has the answer. As part of the package, we offer a lockable private office, perfect for ma

When a three-person startup first approached us, they knew exactly what they were looking for. They didn’t need a large office, didn’t want to commit for years, and were fully aware that their way of working could change quickly, including rapid growth. Working from home was no longer efficient, but a traditional long-term office lease felt too rigid. After requesting an offer, we showed them around our Csévi Street office , where both coworking areas and private, lockable o

Coworking offices offer comfort, flexibility, and an efficient working environment where professionals from diverse backgrounds work side by side. For this very reason, these spaces require special attention: it’s not just about sitting down at a desk, but about learning how to use a shared office harmoniously and with respect for others. While every coworking space has its own house rules, there are some generally accepted etiquette principles that make working together e

Finding the right office or workstation can be a challenge, but at Flexi Offices, we believe great spaces are meant to be shared. That’s why we created the Flexi Referral Program, a simple and rewarding way for our community to help others discover a workspace they love, while earning valuable discounts in return. Whether you know someone searching for a private office, a dedicated desk, or a flexible workstation, referring them is now more beneficial than ever. If you're cur

As the way we work evolves, so does the space we work in. Traditional long-term office leases no longer match the needs of flexible, fast-moving teams, and fully remote setups don’t always offer the collaboration, culture, or structure that companies rely on. More and more businesses are turning to hybrid rental offices, and for good reason. Leasing a traditional office typically comes with commitments, multi-year contracts, interior setup costs and ongoing maintenance fees.

Coworking spaces have transformed how people think about work. They offer more than just a desk and Wi-Fi, creating a great community where freelancers, entrepreneurs and small teams can thrive. But how do you know if a coworking office is the right fit for you? What is a coworking office? A coworking office is a shared workspace where different professionals work independently within the same space. You can rent a fixed desk or choose a flexible pass that lets you come and

Choosing the right office can have a huge impact on how your business runs every day. The right space affects productivity, company culture and even how your team feels about coming to work. Should you choose a traditional office lease where everything is your responsibility, or a serviced office where everything is already taken care of for you? Let’s look at how the two models compare and which one could fit your business best. The traditional office rental model A traditi
